Safar-ul-Imaan is a spiritual travel platform designed to help users explore and book Hajj and Umrah packages through a clean, modern interface. The platform combines a marketing website with a full booking system, allowing users to select packages, enter passenger details, and complete payments through a guided multi-step flow. The design focuses on elegance and trust, using a dark theme, refined typography, and smooth animations to reflect the importance of the journey while keeping the experience simple and easy to navigate.
Safar-ul-Imaan was originally built on Webflow, which limited the platform to a basic marketing experience. While it looked good visually, it lacked the functionality needed to handle real bookings, manage packages, or scale as the business grew. There was no structured system for handling passenger data, payments, or internal operations, and making updates required manual work. The challenge was to move beyond these limitations and create a more powerful, flexible platform that could support a full booking experience while elevating the overall design.
We rebuilt the entire platform from the ground up as a fully coded application using React, Express, and PostgreSQL. This allowed us to introduce a complete booking system with a guided multi-step flow, secure payment handling, and structured data management. We also implemented an admin panel so the team can manage packages, bookings, and content without relying on developers. The design was upgraded to feel more premium and refined, while performance and scalability were significantly improved. The result is a modern, flexible platform that goes far beyond the limitations of the original Webflow site.
