AcademIQ Prep is a full-stack educational tutoring website built for students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. It offers structured tutoring programs including SSAT prep, English, Science, and one-on-one sessions. The platform includes a complete admin panel that allows the team to update all content—programs, pricing, private schools, and testimonials—without touching code. All pages pull data directly from a PostgreSQL database, giving families real-time program information and a modern, intuitive experience. The system also includes a redesigned theme, improved forms, verified email functionality, and multiple new pages that enhance the overall usability of the website.
Before this project, AcademIQ Prep relied on static content and manual updates, which made it difficult to keep program information accurate. Updating pricing, descriptions, or private school listings required editing code, leading to delays and inconsistencies across the website. Their contact form also had unreliable email delivery, causing some inquiries to be missed entirely. The business needed a dynamic system where all program data and pages were fully managed through an admin panel, and updates appeared instantly on the live site.
We built a fully dynamic tutoring website supported by a secure admin panel that centralizes all content management. Programs, pricing, private schools, testimonials, and FAQs are now stored in a PostgreSQL database and displayed in real time using Drizzle ORM and React Query. The contact and enrollment forms were improved with proper validation, verified email sending, and a new “Estimated Hours Needed” field for better lead qualification. The entire website received a modern color theme with a purple, pink, and blue palette applied across all pages. New sections—including a testimonials page, updated program pages, a full FAQ, and a professional 404 page—were added to improve usability. All content can now be updated instantly without code, giving AcademIQ Prep a scalable and easy-to-manage platform for their services.
