Build performant, accessible, and polished web experiences using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS. Attention to detail and animation is a plus.

As a Frontend Developer at EightLabs, you will bridge the gap between design and engineering. You will be responsible for translating high-fidelity Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and highly performant web applications. You care about the details—from the perfect easing curve to a flawless Lighthouse score.

Build robust, scalable, and beautifully animated user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure technical feasibility without compromising the visual vision.

Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Ensure accessibility (WCAG) best practices across all deliverables.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to our engineering standards.

3+ years of professional frontend development experience.

Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern state management.

Strong command of semantic HTML, modern CSS (Grid, Flexbox), and responsive design.

Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP) and creating fluid micro-interactions.

A keen eye for design and the ability to notice when padding is off by 2px.

Experience with Next.js, Remix, or other meta-frameworks.

Familiarity with WebGL or Three.js for immersive 3D experiences.

Previous experience in an agency environment.
